  • I'm not so sure that immigrants do jobs Americans won't do. The teenagers in Richmond don't have jobs and nobody will hire them but McDonald's,Hardees,Bojangles, & other fast food places. There are only so many of those jobs.

  • Expecting couples may be higher risk, but they should definitely not be denied a mortgage.  However, when I was pregnant, we made sure to settle on a house and get the loan before I was showing...just in case.
